Project Manager- Springville, UT
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through completion in Springville, UT. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical contracting, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases from inception to completion of mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing) ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- 2 years or more of project management experience in mechanical or plumbing construction.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Previous experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and estimating tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
