Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician 
�� Starting at $30-$40hr – Based on Experience

A well-established commercial HVAC service provider is seeking a skilled HVAC Field Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the installation, retrofit, and repair of HVAC systems up to 1,000 tons, requiring expertise in refrigeration, control systems, and piping.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and complete on-site repairs and installations.
• Maintain tools, service vehicle, and documentation.
• Mentor apprentices and support team members.
• Identify and report potential sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification (provided if needed).
• Experience with high/low-voltage wiring.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and in all weather.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
